Carlton Sheets became a full time investor in 1970. With no money and little support, Carleton began investing in real estate using what is now known as creative financing techniques. Today, with partners or individually, he has bought and sold more than 20 million dollars worth of income producing real estate.

Now, Carleton Sheets divides his time between being an active investor, writing, and lecturing throughout the country. He has appeared on numerous radio and television talk shows around the country and has personally lectured to more than 500,000 people on the subject of creative real estate investment. His television show, "The Carlton Sheets Program," has been running continuously on the air for over 16 years, making it the longest running television program of it’s kind.

Carleton Sheets has been on paid televison infomercials longer than any other marketer, which tells you something right there. Yes, he’s still selling his course to thousands of people daily. There’s an old marketing tip that says when you see the same ad over and over, it’s a sign of success. This is because the company wouldn’t continue running that ad unless it contributed to the sale of its products. According to this rule Carelton Sheets must be doing extremely well since he’s been on the air for over 25 years.

I bought Carelton Sheet’s "No Money Down" real estate course back in 1985 and then again 2 years ago because real estate has changed a lot in 20 years. Other than the format changing from cassettes and video tapes to cd’s and dvd, nothing else has changed in Carlton Sheet’s course. It is time tested.

The system is a good overview of how real estate works. From foreclosures and fix-ups to being a landlord and dealing with tenants. If anything, what this course has done (along with other similar courses) is made the finding of real estate deals very, very competitive.
