DON DEROSA

Don is the  President of Springboard Real Estate Training, Don started his real estate investing career part time while still a manager at a Fortune 500 company.  He quickly found out that he could earn more investing in real estate than he could working a full time job.  By 1998, though still employed, Don was spending more and more of  his time on real estate investing. In 2001 he formed his first investment company. Now, Don has five different companies – an investment firm to buy and sell real estate, a realty company to list properties, a mortgage company to finance properties, a new land development firm and, of course, a training and education company. 

Don goal for getting involved in real estate was a better life for his family.  He wanted to provide his children with a good education and his family with a comfortable life-style.  His proven methods gave him those options and much more, and he would like to share his experience with you. He now is very wealthy.

Don was honored to be singled out among the top 21 real estate investors in the U.S. and Canada featured in the New York Times best-selling book The Millionaire Real Estate Investor. He has bought and sold well over 100 properties.  He certainly has the expertise and experience to train students on everything from finding subject-to purchase opportunities to analyzing deals, to working with sellers, working with lenders, selling properties and collecting profits.
