Many attendees have not been pleased with the course information as they feel it is info you could locate  elsewhere and possibly for free.

John Burley also has had infomercials offering his Progressive Profits System, Automatic Wealth, and his Advanced Winning The Money Game which range from $40 to $400. 

If you are interested in real estate, I suggest you do some internet, library or talk to others in the business, then consider purchasing a course or seminar  to further your knowledge. The bottom line like any business is to have a good plan, then go for it.
