He has written many articles for different marketing, entrepreneurial, and real estate newsletters.

Richard Roop’s products include How to Collect 5-Figure Paychecks Buying and Selling Houses and How To Sell Your Home in 9 Days. Richard offers a combination of real estate investing with direct marketing techniques. How to Collect 5-Figure Paychecks Buying and Selling Houses is an excellent book. This book has detailed discussions of installment land contracts, lease options, and trusts. He provides many options and different strategies for buying and selling property with associated paperwork.

Richard Roop’s course is perfect in theory but lacks somewhat in the practical aspects that may be hard for new comers to real estate investing. First, the book refers to various strategies of real estate investments then mentions contract forms but he fails to explain in detail which form to use, when and where. It is however a great course for seasoned and experienced real estate investors. Nevertheless, few experienced investors also do not find the book interesting or valuable. Only the disk containing contracts is helpful.
