TIM RANDLE

Tim Randle embarked on his real estate journey in 1994 when he bought his first investment property. His inspiration to set forth in the real estate world stemmed from his desire to find a safe way out of corporate life. His initial goals were to accrue a massive number of rental properties, to secure his retirement by living off of passive income. He is now a full-time investor in Round Rock, Texas.

Mr. Randle started at the bottom and learned success through trial and error. He devoted much of his energy to the pursuit of real estate investing, to continue to improve his techniques. He gained his wealth of knowledge as an investor by joining local clubs, attending numerous seminars and conventions. He spent time and money on courses and books, and networking with as many people as possible. He believes in non-stop education. His deep-rooted interest is driven by his long term wealth goals.

Mr. Randle believes that the best way to get started in a real estate investing would be to join local clubs and network regularly with as many investors as possible. The most essential qualities for someone to be successful in real estate are to be persistent and dedicated toward the end result. Don’t focus on what you have today, but what you can achieve in the future.
