TONY YOUNG

Tony began his Real Estate career in 1986.  He became rapidly successful in acquiring foreclosure properties and found his niche to be working with distressed sellers. Tony started with no money and bad credit and still managed to purchase several houses his first year. In fact, his first deal netted him a profit amount that was equivalent to his full year’s salary when he worked as an aircraft mechanic – an occupation Tony gave up forever. To enhance his appetite for learning, Tony completed courses in Real Estate Law, Title Examinations, and Bankruptcy Law. Now, for over 15 years, Tony has been perfecting and creating his own unique style, strategies, and techniques for buying foreclosure properties.

In Tony’s teachings, he shows that there are eight ways to profit from properties going through the foreclosure process.  He also shows the numerous techniques for buying these properties in each category, and how to deal with bankruptcy in the foreclosure process.

Because of his phenomenal success, Tony has been asked to speak at entrepreneur conventions and Real Estate events all over America and Canada and has been a featured guest on numerous television shows such as “Financial Freedom in America”,  “Go For Your Dreams”, “American Homebuyers Alliance”, “Atlanta Live” and has been written up in magazines and news journals.

He has also trained the students and trainers of major companies like The Wright Thurston Co., Ron LeGrand, Success Development Institute, Whitney Education Group, Del Dotto Enterprises, and authored over 19 books, videos, and audio programs, as well as developed several hands-on three-day training programs to help people become successful investors. Tony, has received seven awards for providing the “Highest Rated Training” for a world-wide educational company.

Tony Youngs still actively visits approximately 40 properties in foreclosure per month and tracks them through the process and acquires some of them at each stage of the foreclosure process. He is always on the cutting edge of the latest techniques and strategies  and has been involved in over 1000 foreclosure acquisitions.  Tony is also a wholesaler of distressed, “fixer upper” properties.
